About Me

I recently finished my PhD with Rich Sutton in the RLAI group at the University of Alberta.
Now working on applying AlphaZero style learning and planning to the problem of analogue chip layout at Astrus.
My research is broadly focused on uncovering the general principles behind intelligent behaviour, figuring out how to implement them algorithmically, and incorporating them into useful system.
